Pinar Erzin, Managing Director and co-founder of Accucoms, fulfilled commercial roles in the subscription management industry since 1999, as Sales Manager to corporate libraries in Turkey, Publisher Relations Manager at Swets Blackwell and as General Manager of Extenza Marketing Solutions. In June 2004 she launched Accucoms and has been actively growing the line of services offered to publishers since then. In her role at Accucoms, together with her multilingual team, Pinar works on behalf of publishers helping them serve their customers and reach new markets. This expertise provides and ongoing education about communication needs and issues between publishers and librarians. Pinar firmly believes that excellent customer care is the most powerful sales tool for any company to achieve true business growth.

Egon Menardi, Sales Director, has over 25 years’ sales background. He has worked for various software companies selling complex IT solutions ranging from financial software to complex databases and web application tools. In these roles he gained international sales and marketing experience. Egon joined Accucoms from Extenza Marketing Solutions were he fulfilled the role of Head of Sales. Egon is Italian, and also speaks fluent English, Dutch, French, and German.

Eva Sevestre, Management Assistant, has six years of experience in international project management, which she gained at the Immigration- and Naturalization Service in The Netherlands. Initiating co-operation between different immigration services around the world was her main task. During these years she learned to communicate and do business with other countries and cultures. Organizing international events and running multiple projects simultaneously is what comes in useful at Accucoms, where Eva assists the Managing Director and Sales Director in all projects and events. Eva is fluent in Dutch, English and she has good knowledge of German, French and Spanish.

Anne-Isabelle Cador, Sales Manager Northern Europe, has a Masters degree in Law and has been practicing as an independent lawyer in France for 14 years. She has enthusiastically discovered the world of scientific publishing since her arrival in the Netherlands as part of the subscription management team of Accucoms in Leiden and has already made herself known and built up good relations with various librarians in France, Switzerland, Benelux and the United Kingdom. Throughout her life, she has been living in various places of the world (Philippines, Puerto Rico, Germany, etc). She speaks English, German and Spanish, along with her native language, French, and is in the process of learning Dutch.

Steffen Holst, Sales Manager Scandinavia, Eastern Europe and the German speaking Countries, has been working in international sales for more than 20 years, from 1999 selling books and online publications for publishers to government, research, university, media and public libraries. During his 7 years as the European Sales representative for Keesing`s Record of World Events Online, he worked with consortia, multi-site organizations and direct library clients. Steffen has a BA in History and BA in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, a Certificate from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium, and he spent a year at School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkin's University, Washington DC. Steffen is a Danish citizen located in Bonn, Germany, and apart from his Danish mother tongue he speaks fluent German and English plus a pretty good French and Swedish.

Stefania Scala, Sales Manager Southern Europe, brings an invaluable experience in subscription management and sales based upon her work during last 18 years at EBSCO Information Services in Italy. During these years she held different positions in sales and sales management. She has an extensive knowledge of the library and consortia marketplace in academic, corporate and governmental sectors in Europe. Stefania works in Torino, Italy and has excellent knowledge of Italian, English, French and Spanish languages.

Anouk Snijders, Sales Manager Latin America, has a Masters degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Leiden. She gained experience in market research and customer service during a previous job at Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam. Anouk joined Accucoms in 2004 and gained experience in subscription management, market research and library customer services during 3 years as a Customer Service Representative and as an Account Manager. Throughout this time, she has built many successful relationships with librarians in Latin America, and has gained extensive experience in the Latin American region. Anouk is Dutch, and is also fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. She is located in San José, Costa Rica.

John brings 4 years of experience in the publishing and information industry, most recently as Journals Sales Executive at Taylor & Francis. He received his degree from Penn State University and has a working knowledge of Spanish and German. John is based out of Accucoms’ Philadelphia area office.

Edwin Hofman, Senior Account Manager, has over 10 years of experience within information industry. He gained a wealth of experience in subscription management during his work at Swets & Zeitlinger's head office in Lisse, Netherlands, where he cared for major corporate accounts. He increased his knowledge serving the library community as Account Executive at Extenza Marketing Solutions, where he was responsible for the management of telemarketing campaigns and market research projects. As Senior Account Manager at Accucoms, Edwin manages major European accounts and uses his experience in coaching the team of Account Managers at the Dutch office. Edwin is fluent in Dutch, English, German and Spanish.

Kathrin Legrand, Senior Account Manager and Customer Service Team Supervisor, is a licensed teacher and has extensive teaching experience from preschool through adult education. During previous jobs, she has also gained hands-on knowledge of sales in various fields. Kathrin comes from Germany and lived in France for several years. She speaks German, French and English at native level. Throughout her time at Accucoms, Kathrin learned all angles of Account Management and high quality customer service and skills that are required for customer satisfaction. She uses her expertise in coaching Accucoms’ Customer Service Team and supervising a team of multilingual representatives in our Dutch offices.

Raluca Pop, Account Manager Scandinavia, is involved in Accucoms’ newest sales and marketing project and is working as dedicated account manager for Elsevier, one of the largest publishing houses represented by Accucoms. Raluca’s main responsibilities are to act as primary point of contact for subscribers in Scandinavia on behalf the publisher, establish a good relationship with key customers, lead negotiations and grow current business in selected tiers. Raluca has gained extensive experience in Customer Service, Market Research and Project Management from her current and previous positions in international companies. She is licensed in Political Sciences and speaks Romanian, English, Italian, and Dutch.

Vangie Kramers, Account Manager, started with Accucoms as Customer Service Representative in July 2007. Equipped with extensive experience in sales and marketing from real estate to network development with international organizations, Vangie understands the value of customer care and after sales support. She managed to develop good relationship with librarians from Asia, EMEA and the USA. As Account Manager starting September 2008, her main responsibility is to provide sales support and to deliver impeccable research to field sales managers.
