1. Expanded reach across disciplines: in 2024, SSA attracted new audiences beyond its traditional community. That year, SSA journals received over 31,000 citations and nearly 400,000 article downloads.
2. LinkedIn growth: consistent, high-quality content increased visibility for the SSA journal program, generating 50,487 impressions and reaching 8,395 members in 2024.
3. Webinar innovation: with our support, SSA launched its first webinars, creating a new engagement channel for authors and researchers. Webinar registrations grew by 255%.
4. Lead nurture engine: a contact database of 4,000+ recipients enabled targeted email outreach and ongoing engagement.
