ACCUCOMS signs 25th Publisher for Aggregagent™

Leiden, The Netherlands – ACCUCOMS is pleased to announce that Aggregagent™ now includes the titles from 25 publishers after the signing of the Royal Irish Academy. Publications of the Royal Irish Academy will be included in the ALPSP Collections and other relevant Aggregagent subject collections.

With the inclusion of titles from the Royal Irish Academy, ACCUCOMS can offer almost 500 titles, published by 25 publishers. Recently, ACCUCOMS also reached a major milestone in the development and rollout of Aggregagent, as it successfully created a single library license agreement that all Aggregagent publishers have agreed on, allowing ACCUCOMS to rapidly enter into agreements with libraries on the publishers’ behalf.

Jonathan Dykes, Journals Manager at the Royal Irish Academy, says “The Royal Irish Academy is excited about our partnership with ACCUCOMS and is looking forward to working with them and Aggregagent.  ACCUCOMS has an excellent reputation with a wide European and international network, and we are confident that this new partnership will lead to subscription growth and expand the reach of our journals.”

The ALPSP Collections in Aggregagent now include publications from 15 publishers. “I am delighted to see ALPSP members benefiting from our collaborative arrangement with ACCUCOMS to distribute their content around the world as part of the ALPSP Collections.” Says Audrey McCulloch, Chief Executive of ALPSP. “Not only can publishers use it to extend their sales to territories and open up opportunities they might not otherwise reach, they also benefit from being part of one of the largest collections of content on the market today in Aggregagent. And being an ALPSP member brings all this at a discounted rate.”

“We are pleased to welcome the Royal Irish Academy as the 15th ALPSP publisher to join Aggregagent and the ALPSP Journals collection.” adds Simon Boisseau, Commercial Director EMEA at ACCUCOMS “We are now well on the way to creating one of the largest sources of high quality journals content in the market, while at the same time allowing publishers and libraries full flexibility on how they can participate and purchase.”
