Leiden, The Netherlands – The NEJM Group, publisher of premier medical resources for research, education and professional practice, is expanding its presence around the globe. To facilitate this goal, NEJM has now entered into a new agreement with ACCUCOMS whereby the latter will represent the publisher’s site license products in Poland and Turkey (in addition to existing representation agreements in France, Germany and Italy).
The new agreement with NEJM ensures that ACCUCOMS is responsible for increasing site license sales in the academic, government and corporate sectors in Poland and Turkey as well as providing local support to all subscription agents and customers in these regions.
“We have been very pleased at the progress ACCUCOMS has made insofar as our representation in France, Germany and Italy is concerned. Hence, we are keen to further this in Poland and Turkey too, under the auspicious guidance of ACCUCOMS’ professionals,” says Eileen Welch, Director of Licensing and Institutional Sales for the NEJM Group. “With the help of ACCUCOMS we have been and are now able to continue deepening our relationship with librarians in the regions concerned,” continues Welch.
Egon Menardi, Commercial Director at ACCUCOMS is equally pleased with the deepening of this collaboration adding that “[…] ACCUCOMS is happy at our progress on behalf of NEJM and we are excited to further this in Poland and Turkey too. It is our pleasure to extend the reach of NEJM’s top tier titles to librarians in these new regions too.”
