ACCUCOMS to Represent Artstor in Latin America

artstor logo26 March 2014 | Leiden, The Netherlands – ACCUCOMS is pleased to announce a new agreement to represent Artstor in Latin America.

An agreement, commencing January 2014, announces ACCUCOMS’ support of Artstor’s objective to provide high-quality digital images in the fields of arts, architecture, humanities, and sciences for teaching and research use at nonprofit educational institutions worldwide. ACCUCOMS will assist Artstor, a nonprofit organization, with subscription activities and customer services to existing and prospective subscribers in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Mexico; facilitating trial access and ongoing site-wide access for universities and colleges. In addition, ACCUCOMS will attend relevant library events and conferences on Artstor’s behalf. By communicating the benefits of Artstor Digital Library participation in local languages, ACCUCOMS will help to make Artstor’s services more accessible to educational institutions across Latin America.
