Leiden, The Netherlands – ACCUCOMS and Canadian Science Publishing (CSP) have agreed to expand their collaboration. From August 1st, 2017, ACCUCOMS will be representing CSP in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) in addition to the current agreement in Latin America.

As a result of a number of successful years in Latin America, CSP has decided to expand their collaboration with ACCUCOMS by adding the rapidly developing Middle East and North Africa (MENA).  CSP have turned to ACCUCOMS after recognizing the importance of growing their presence in the developing territory. ACCUCOMS has more than 5 years’ experience in the territory and have established connections with important decisionmakers across the territory.

CSP is an independent, not-for-profit scholarly publisher dedicated to serving the needs of researchers and their communities. CSP publishes 23 journals and it is an important publisher within the sciences.  Canadian Science Publishing is also the publisher of FACETS, a multidisciplinary open access science journal, and Anthropocene Coasts, an open access journal that publishes multidisciplinary research that aims to understand and predict the effects of human activity, including climate change, on coastal regions.

Geoff Worton says, “we are delighted to expand our representation relationship with CSP to include MENA. Our existing relationship with CSP in Latin America, coupled with ACCUCOMS’s expertise, will ensure that we are able to effectively build new business in the MENA territory.”

“Canadian Science Publishing is pleased to expand ACCUCOMS’s representation of our eminent and world-class journals to the Middle East and North Africa,” says Laurent Gagnier, Manager, Global Sales at CSP. “We look forward to reaching new customers and readers in these markets and expanding the impact of the research published in our journals.
