BioScientifica and SAGE select ACCUCOMS for global telemarketing projects
BioScientifica publishes journals on behalf of three societies (Society for Endocrinology, European Society of Endocrinology, Society for Reproduction and Fertility). ACCUCOMS will contact prospects and subscribers to increase global awareness and sales.
Nicola Rylett, Head of Sales, Marketing & Communications at BioScientifica, said: “Following the success of an initial campaign which we ran with them in 2012, BioScientifica is delighted to extend its relationship with ACCUCOMS in 2013. ACCUCOMS has an excellent understanding of our business and have already proven their ability to deliver measureable results for us. We look forward to working in partnership with them as we look to further develop and grow our existing portfolio of journals.”
ACCUCOMS has been working closely with SAGE for several years and will continue to offer global telemarketing support, with a focus on takeover titles and renewals.
“ACCUCOMS has provided telemarketing services to SAGE for over 5 years, and has ably supported us with subscription management for our growing journals programme.” said Barbara Thanni, Head of Customer Services & Circulation, SAGE. “With a clear understanding of our goals, they provide an excellent service which we are delighted to renew for 2013.”
“Long-term projects have many advantages,” said Egon Menardi, Director Global Telemarketing & Telesales at ACCUCOMS. “Our account managers build a highly efficient working relationship with the publisher, which results in streamlined campaigns. Also, an ongoing dialogue with prospects and subscribers improves sales results by keeping records up-to-date and connecting the right content with the right customers. Our ongoing agreement with SAGE reflects these advantages, and we are excited about producing equally positive results for BioScientifica.”
