1 Subscribing to the Accucoms Emailings
In order to subscribe to the Accucoms Emailings we ask you to provide some personal data, including your name, business / affiliation, country and contact email address. This is so that we can tailor the content of the Accucoms Emailing to be most relevant to you.
Any information you provide via the sign-up form is transmitted directly to ZOHO campaigns, our email marketing software, and is not stored in any other location. Your data will only be used for the purpose of sending you appropriate issues of the Accucoms Emailings and will never be shared with third parties. It will be retained until you request us to no longer send you communications. When you submit an enquiry to Accucoms via our âContact Usâ form, an email is sent directly to our secure email server. No data you provide is stored anywhere on the Accucoms website as a result of this action. The details of your enquiry may be stored by Accucoms employees in our email archives following receipt.

Services Privacy Policy
This policy applies to how we handle personal information in order to perform our services of Sales Representation, Customer Service, Telesales, GAP Analysis, Marketing and Aggregagent.
1 Data Processor
Accucoms is classified as the Data Processor under the General Data Protection Regulation (âGDPRâ) for the services of Sales Representation, Customer Service, Telesales, and Marketing. Accucoms acts as the processor for any data provided by the publisher.
Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) stipulates the rights and obligations in the context of processing personal data on behalf of a controller in accordance with GDPR.
2 Data Controller
Accucoms is the Data Controller for the product Aggregagent in common with other independent publishers and societies contemplated in the collection deal. The processing of personal data by Accucoms is required to provide services to the customers, and is in line with GDPR.
