In June 2004 she launched ACCUCOMS and has been actively growing the line of services offered to publishers since then. In her role at ACCUCOMS, together with her multilingual team, Pinar works on behalf of publishers helping them serve their customers and reach new markets. This expertise provides and ongoing education about communication needs and issues between publishers and librarians. Pinar firmly believes that excellent customer care is the most powerful sales tool for any company to achieve true business growth.

Simon Boisseau

has over 20 years sales and marketing experience in STM publishing. During his time at Pharmaceutical Press, Hodder Arnold and Future Science Group, Simon has achieved a track record of global sales growth and overseen the start-up of companies, brands and products. He has travelled extensively and has a solid network of international contacts across all sectors including academic, government and corporate.

Douglas Wright

Doug joins ACCUCOMS with more than 20 years experience in marketing, sales, and client management in scholarly communications. Doug started in the industry when he joined EBSCO as a Spanish, Portuguese and Italian translator. He later worked for their PPF division as an account director and implemented circulation management strategies for more than 100 publishers.

In 1996, Doug relocated to Boston from his native Alabama to join Publishers Communication Group (PCG), where he led its global expansion. In addition to his director role at PCG, he also served as Chief Marketing Officer for its parent company, Ingenta.

Doug has traveled extensively and lived in Brazil, Costa Rica, and Mexico. In his role as Commercial Director for the Americas, he brings a great deal of experience working with scholarly publishers as well as his global network of library and consortia contracts.

Rakesh Malik

holds a post-graduate degree in management and has been associated with the publishing industry since 1991. Having conceptualized and implemented business plans for various publishers for the Asia Pacific region, Rakesh has gained expertise in successfully setting up and managing operations for publishers and subscription agents. Rakesh was associated with Informatics (India ) Private Limited For over 13 years heading its Sales and Marketing division and established  Swets office in India in 2008. As Commercial Director at ACCUCOMS, Rakesh manages the Asia Pacific sales operations.

Simon Inger

Board Advisor

Simon Inger has been working in journals since 1987, when he joined B.H.Blackwell, the Oxford-based subscription agent. In late 1994 he founded CatchWord, the world’s first journal platform service provider and ran that business until its acquisition by Ingenta in 2001. Since 2002, Simon has worked as a consultant specializing in journals, including: sales, marketing & pricing; journal delivery & platform selection; fulfillment & editorial systems selection; management; financial planning; product development; market research; content development; content discovery; library technology; standards; strategic business reviews; and open access publishing. In addition, Simon runs training courses for librarians for UKSG in Europe, as well as courses for publishers by Renew Training in association with ALPSP. Simon co-founded Renew Consulting for Societies, which helps scholarly societies navigate the world of academic publishing and assists specifically with business reviews, contract renewals, writing tender documents and negotiating new partnership agreements. Simon works with not-for-profit publishing organisations in the UK and US, as well as commercial publishers, technology providers, intermediaries and service providers in journals publishing. As Board Advisor, Simon uses his broad expertise in journals to innovate new services for ACCUCOMS’ clients.

Eyad Mohammad

with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from University of Jordan, and a CMA certificate, Eyad has 20+ years of sales, marketing and management experience in publishing, logistics and telecommunications. Having lived and worked in several countries of the Europe, MENA and Turkey region, Eyad has deep understand­ing to diversified cultures and business environments of the re­gion. He speaks Arabic, English and French.

Yogesh Zope

is responsible for business development for West & East India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. Yogesh worked with major publishers and agents since 1998, gaining significant  experience in Business Development, Pre-Sales Support, International Marketing & CRM. Yogesh is a post-graduate in Economics and also holds a post-graduate degree in Marketing.

Tammy Chang

Friendly, highly resourceful and entrepreneurial in her approach towards business development & sales, Tammy joined ACCUCOMS in 2014 and is responsible for China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and South East Asia. Tammy particularly enjoys the interaction and engagement and works to combine her personality and market knowledge to deliver the best value-propositions to our customers. 

David Horky

David has with well over a decade of experience in publishing sales. He has worked at Clarivate Analytics since 2006 in variety of sales roles across Europe and Central Asia. He started as Country Manager for Central and Eastern Europe, Nordics and BeNeLux, selling to governmental and academic customers. In 2016 he was promoted to Regional Sales Manager leading team of Sales Managers serving customers across Europe. David holds MSc. degree in Management and Marketing. In his free time David enjoys spending time with his family, sports, film and theatre.

Seong Hwi Jeon

Seong Hwi started working at ACCUCOMS in 2014. He is responsible not only for driving revenue growth and meet the company sales target, but also for building excellent an relationship with Korean librarians. Before joining ACCUCOMS, Seong Hwi had been working for Ex-Libris for 2 and half years. He believes nothing is impossible if you are passionate about what you do. 

Ben Liang

Ben holds a master’s degree in Library & Information Sciences from ISTIC. He has 18 years of experience in the publishing industry building relationships with libraries and consortiums as well as working with different publishers and agents, such as IET, Swets, Charlesworth and CNPIEC. He has extensive knowledge of the China market with experience in strategic selling, cross-cultural relationship building, team facilitation, business management, organizational insight and advanced library technical skills which will be beneficial to publishers and libraries alike.

Peter Chung

Peter has a Master of Science in Technology Management from Assumption University in Thailand; his background on the publishing industry extends for almost two decades, making him very knowledgeable and resourceful. He speaks Mandarin, Malay, Indonesian, and English.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, she has extensive experience in sales and knows the ins and outs of the publishing market in China, having worked in Thomson Learning China, Swets, and CNPIEC; the largest import/export company for publications.

Artur Rymer

Artur has joined Accucoms in November 2019. As Finance Administrator he provides support with financial and HR administrative tasks. A citizen of Amsterdam since 2013, he obtained a degree in Economics & Business from the University of Amsterdam and is currently finishing his Master’s in Economics there. In his free time, Artur enjoys a good cup of tea, biking and archery. On top of his native Polish, he speaks fluent English and intermediate Dutch.

Juan Fuentes

He started his marketing and sales career working for Oxford University Press, responsible for LATAM and North America territories. He then transferred his skills into the electrical manufacturing and construction industry working in various roles as Marketing and Sales Specialist and Assistant Marketing Manager. Based out of North Carolina, Juan speaks Spanish, English, and Portuguese. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, reading and spending time at the beach. 

Albert Borsen

is responsible for the Accucoms’ IT infrastructure and manages data intelligence available within the company for increased business development. After previously having worked in the tourism industry Albert joined ACCUCOMS in August 2010 and speaks English, Spanish, German and Dutch.

Nazim Mohammedi

With more than 20 years’ of experience in the information industry, Nazim has worked on all sides of the sector, from library systems to databases and e-content all the way to publishing and research services. Nazim has lived in 3 continents and is fluent in English, French, and can speak Arabic, Dutch and Italian. Nazim is the Regional Manager Middle East and Africa where he has built a strong network over the years.

Edwin Hofman

Has over 15 years experience within the information industry. He gained a wealth of experience in subscription management during his work at Swets & Zeitlinger, where he cared for major corporate and academic accounts. As Account Executive at Extenza Marketing Solutions he was responsible for the management of telemarketing campaigns and market research projects. As Global Telesales Manager at ACCUCOMS, Edwin manages major European accounts and coaches the team of inside sales representatives at the Dutch office. Edwin is fluent in Dutch and English and speaks German, French and Spanish.

Pulvi Popat

Pulvi holds a Masters in Marketing Management and has over 15 years of experience in the marketing, communications and events industry. She started her career at a niche oil & gas publisher, and moved on to work for Reuters and Aon and more recently a small fintech startup. Pulvi’s primary focus will be managing publisher relationships. She is also responsible for Accucoms corporate brand and marketing strategy including training, social media, client events and PR. 

James Hurtt

Jim joins Accucoms with over 20 years sales experience in the library market. He has spent many years at Nature managing their sales teams for North and South America. He also has a library background having been assistant director at a Roman Catholic Seminary Library in Cincinnati, Ohio. Jim has been located in New York City for the past 16 years.

Oncko Heldring

Oncko joined Accucoms in 2015 as Inside Sales Representative after obtaining a Master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology at Utrecht University. After working in the Telesales and Marketing department, he started developing our collection sales services. In addition to that, Oncko is trying to keep up with industry changes like Open Access and working on other projects at the interface of sales and operations.

Daniel Cuadra

Daniel has a Bachelor in Media Communications, with a focus on Photography, and a MA in Management and Leadership. Although he started with graphic design in the University of Houston, where he was part of the Honors College; he finished his BA, with honors, and MA in Leiden.

Originally from Venezuela, he has an international perspective having lived in three countries, and is fluent in Spanish and English. He is experienced in Multimedia and Marketing roles, and gained experience in Branding through freelance endeavors; giving him a keen eye for branding, and a well-rounded knowledge on how to implement his solutions.

He  is responsible on upholding the brand values of ACCUCOMS’ content, communications, and presence.

Jekaterina Zotz-Wilson

Jekaterina acquired a BA in International Tourism Management in Bremen, Germany with international exchange semester in Granada, and a placement at Budapest EUROCONTROL.

She then worked in various roles as a Project Manager, Business Development Manager, Marketing & Sales in air ticket distribution sector, consequently joining the founder team to build a technology-driven spin-off company. Afterwards, she gained an MBA degree from the Open University (UK) and gathered hands-on experience while consulting and building two smaller ventures.

Jekaterina is fluent in English, German, native in Russian, speaks some Spanish and Estonian. She is now responsible for developing sales in the DACH Region.

Ewa Bartnicka

Ewa joined Accucoms in 2004 and since then she provides high quality customer service and sales support in Polish, English and Russian.

Barbara Valcelli

Barbara has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Tourism from the University of Perugia (Italy). She has gained experience in the tourism industry and become expert of Italian leisure industry market. Barbara joined ACCUCOMS in 2013 as Inside Sales Representative offering professional knowledge and high quality service to customers in Italy and rest of South Europe. She is a native Italian speaker and is also fluent in English and Spanish. In her spare time, she enjoys art, music, yoga and traveling.

Having previously worked at Future Science Group as the Global Channel Manager, Rob has 17 years of experience in the Publishing Industry.

Rob has a wealth of knowledge on STM & Academic publishing. He has also an excellent understanding of non-academic publishing, having worked across various business sectors including Banking, Law, Insurance, Telecom’s, Maritime, Agriculture and general business intelligence.

Rob has built up strong relationships within the academic and corporate arena, which has successfully resulted in helping to facilitate content to the respective end users.

Chandrima Roy

Marketing Manager Asia: After completion of post-graduate courses in Business Management and Computer Applications, Chandrima stepped into the industry in 2003 and has been actively involved in developing and conducting marketing campaigns, lead generation, sales coordination, promoting publisher content at various international conferences across the country. She has also conducted various training programs and seminars for publishing majors. Her experience in the same industry with other agents with multi-tasking capabilities has added to all round coordination activities in terms of marketing, promotion, market research, sales support – new & renewal business, operational and administrative support. Chandrima speaks English, Hindi and Bengali.

Winnie Lim

Winnie has over 2 decades of experience in publishing industry. Based out of Malaysia, she started her career with Grolier and subsequently worked with Pearson and ProQuest until 2006.

She migrated to Singapore in 2008 and joined NUS as Merchandiser, and then to trade imprint in Insight Guides as Sales and Marketing Manager acquiring the holistic experience in both Print and Online in South East Asia and the distribution channels. 

Coen van der Wolf

Coen obtained a Master’s degree in Ancient History from Leiden University in 2011, and took a Florence-based TEFL course in 2012. Having recently earned a Certificate of Proficiency in English and a DALF C1-diploma in French, he is in the process of improving his Italian language skills. A former Elsevier Account Executive, he now contributes to telemarketing campaigns on behalf of various publishers.


Anouk Snijders

In her role as Sales Manager since 2007, she has built many successful relationships with librarians in Latin America and has gained extensive experience in the region. Anouk is fluent in Dutch, English, Spanish and Portuguese. She is located in Costa Rica.

Julia Rebuzzi

Apart from her mother-tongue, Brazilian-Portuguese, she is fluent in English, and speaks French and Spanish. Julia joined ACCUCOMS team in 2015, and is based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In her spare time she enjoys paddling, traveling and yoga.

Baris Oguz Yilmaz

Rodrigo Melo

Rodrigo has a bachelor´s degree in International Relations and Education and is currently studying for his post-graduation certificate in marketing and social media. He is based in São Paulo and speaks fluent Portuguese and English. Previously he has worked as a teacher and a compliance and customer service analyst. Rodrigo joined Accucoms in 2021, his role will focus on sales, outreach and marketing in Brazil. He is also artisan and in his spare time he enjoys traveling, reading and theatre.

Dilan Toplu

After earning a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics at Galatasaray Univeristy, Dilan has attended Bilgi University for a master’s degree in Economics. But then, choosing a completely different path, thanks to her interest in both learning different languages and reading books, she decided to pursue a career in translation.

Able to speak English, French and a little Spanish, she has joined our team as a Sales and Marketing Executive Mena and is based in Istanbul, Turkey.

Rikshit Chopra

Toni holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from the University of Sarajevo. Before joining Accucoms, Toni worked as a freelancer for several marketing and sales projects and has gained experience across different industries. He now supports the development of sales in both the DACH region and Central Eastern Europe. Toni is a native speaker of German and Croatian, fluent in English and is currently in the process of learning Spanish as well. In his free time, he enjoys training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, reading, music and trading and investing in cryptocurrencies.

Arpita has held roles in lead generation, marketing, support & operations, managing key accounts business renewals and product management. She uses market research and coordination skills to provide key information to internal team and clients. In this role she will be responsible for Telemarketing, lead generation, renewals, support to internal team & clients in South Asia. Arpita speaks fluent English, Hindi and Bengali. In her spare time, she likes to travel and listen to music.  

Cem Koyuncu

Cem is currently in his 2nd year of his Communication Sciences Research Master at the University of Amsterdam. He has gained experience in computational research and data analytics through following university courses and participating in ASCOR (Amsterdam School of Communication Research) projects. At Accucoms, Cem is working on data projects to support other parts of the company.
