BUAP is the second institution in Mexico and the fourth in Latin America to sign a Read & Publish agreement with the Microbiology Society.

“For BUAP these agreements mean giving greater national and international visibility to the researchers of this university, and they respond to the expectations of intellectual development and the possibilities of growth of our researchers,” said Ing. These new transformative agreements can contribute significantly to the intellectual development and growth of the institution.”

“We are very pleased to announce this new agreement with BUAP in Mexico – our first Read & Publish agreement in the region, and it demonstrates the reach of the Society’s model and will help us to further progresses our Open Access transformation,” said Graham Anderson, Head of Publishing Operations at The Royal Society.
